Have you ever heard of the EMF effect? Considering that we live in a world of being constantly on our cell phones, wi-fi, TV’s, computers, microwave ovens, smart devices, and power lines, it’s no wonder that our health may be suffering. Many complain about headaches, body aches, anxiety, sleep disorders, and more. Your animals will be impacted as well. So how do you stay healthy and still stay online?
First, it’s good to understand what EMF means. This is Electro Magnetic Frequencies that are emitted by many of the devices you have in your home, not to mention all the cell towers and power lines outside and around your neighborhood. These are invisible waves of energy that can damage DNA, cause cancer, inflammation, fatigue, and cognitive issues. The popular smart devices in your home can also cause major energetic disruption for your pets, causing them to have a bad reaction, such as getting sick, acting weird, whining, etc. Believe it or not our bodies and minds were never made to be ON 24/7. Our minds and bodies, as well as our devices need to rest and turn off. (Even devices start to malfunction without rest periods.) But how? Here are a few ways to cut back on your EMF exposure.
Create Device Free Zones: Find a room in your house where you have no computers, TVs, or phones. This can be your quiet zone where you meditate, listen to music, or read. No devices allowed.
Use Headphones: When talking on the phone use headphones instead of holding the phone to your ear. This can truly help to cut back on those nasty EMF’s.
Leave It Out of The Bedroom: Leave all devices out of the bedroom. This is where you should be relaxing and getting ready to rest your mind and body with sleep. Or at least put your devices on airplane mode. This means no TV’s as well. This is the number one reason people don’t sleep at night.
Keep these devices away from your animals: Have a room or place where your animals sleep away from any of these devices.
Limit Your Time: Put a timer on your phone so that when that timer goes off your phone goes into do not disturb, airplane mode, or turned off. Your phone needs a reset as well as you do.
Exercise and Ground Yourself: Take time to go for a walk or spend some time in nature. This can really help you discharge.

Whatever way you look at it, EMF’s are not good for you and we all need a break from our devices and their dirty energy. Keep in mind that we were never meant to have this much technology in our lives, it simply happened. But by practicing some of the above tips you can definitely limit your EMF exposure for a much healthier mind and body.
