Life can be challenging, but if you don’t practice being a better you, how do you expect to move forward with better health, mental positivity, and self-love…?
Even the greats in sports, speaking, business, and life practice every day. This is the only way we improve upon our situation or gain the lives we truly dream of having. We have to practice.
I get that there are times it’s hard to get out of bed let alone practice anything. But as with anything, to get good at it, you have to practice.
I’m a true believer that if you actively use these 3 principles together in life, you can get everything you want out of life.

Practice
By being Proactive upfront, you can help Prevent much of the stress life throws at you, and with Practice, you can stave off many hardships along the way. As you get really good at this model you will find that life becomes much easier and definitely more delightful. These are very simple things to do, but as we know sometimes the simplest of things are the hardest to do. Especially if you have a lot of emotional baggage that you’ve been fighting with most of your life.
However, we all have to start somewhere.
I want the best life ever for you, but to do this you have to put something in place to get past the past. Here are a few things to get you started:
Make a vested effort to meditate each morning to start your day off on the right foot.
Journal each day to get all the past on that paper allowing you to free up space in your heart and mind for what you want.
Pull together some key affirmations to help you move in the right direction and practice saying them every day.
I know that I’m not professing anything new here. You’ve heard this all before, but have you acted on any of it? It’s one thing to read something with all good intentions to put it into practice, but if we don’t act upon it we have no one to blame for how our lives turn out but ourselves.
Make this day different and ACT on these things. Not only get them in place but do them every day. If you miss a day, that’s okay. Take it up the next day and so on. Trust me, once you start acting upon these things, your life will begin to take a new and positive direction.
Practice will activate the energy you have within you and allow healthy balance into your life.
