When people talk about your energy field, exactly what does this mean? In a nutshell, you have 4 energy fields that affect your life in different ways. They all operate on a different frequency and have a different purpose.

Each of these can cause various issues in your life if you don’t work to manage them well. You may be asking yourself, “Exactly how am I supposed to manage these with everything I have going on in my life?” Good question, but here’s an easy step-by-step process to do just that. It’s imperative to take care of each one of these to stay healthy, improve relationships, empower yourself, have a better work/life environment, get more done, and be more creative. Now how do you do this? Here are some step-by-step options to help you with each type of energy.
Physical
Move more- Go for walks, bike, hike, exercise. By being more active you help your body be nimbler, healthier, including naturally triggering more restorative rhythms.
Eat a more organic, healthy diet to stave off colds and illnesses. When you take care of your body and allow yourself to rest your body becomes stronger and more adept at fighting off many diseases.
Emotional
Don’t allow others' drama and life challenges to become your own. As I like to say, “Not my monkey, not my circus!”
Hold onto less stress by taking time to quiet your mind and breathe as well as committing to good and regular self-care.
Mental
Letting go of the negative chatter in your head by closing your eyes and saying STOP. Meditate and learn to get quiet inside which prepares you for the next level of a healthier mindset.
Work with an energy practitioner to clear and release old beliefs, patterns and thoughts that limit your growth.
Spiritual
Believing in something bigger than yourself can help you realize the real significance of life. Find a spiritual practice that you are comfortable with and get in touch with that spiritual source on a regular basis.
Know that the universe will always be there to protect you and give you what you ask for. All you have to do is practice being very specific with your asks while being open to outcomes that may allow you to grow beyond what you can imagine.
Granted, everything takes practice, especially if it’s something new you are incorporating into your life. But when you pay attention to these 4 energy fields and work to keep them in balance, everything in your life seems to just work with a better flow than you can force by your own desire for control. You can get that raise, you get that front parking spot every time, you feel great, and look great as well as realize you are more than your physical self. All these pieces work together for a much better whole.
When you work to balance these energies, not only will you lead a happier, more healthy life, but you may also find more people want to be around you to find out your life secrets. Then you can pass these tips on to them.
People who make these efforts willingly also report that animals pick up on their positive energy flows as well. Animals, especially dogs, cats, and horses who spend a lot of time with people, have sensitive inner guidance and love to be with peole whose energy field is actively engaged in these ways.
