You hear it all around you.  

  • People complaining of the way the world is in its current state.  

  • How they are tired of the negativity in the world. 

  • Having to tread lightly when it comes to opinions. 

  • Discussions gone wrong due to the nature of the topics. 

In a world of more negativity than we have seen in years, how can you push forward with a positive attitude?

It can be frustrating knowing that simple conversations can turn into shouting matches at the mention of the wrong topic.  

Never have I seen so much turmoil and unrest across such a beautiful and fragile world. But how can we manage when there seems to be a dark cloud hovering everywhere you seem to go? It can be a daunting task to stay positive. But it is doable, and it is possible. It may seem like a fleeting pipe dream, but it’s a dream we all need to believe in.  

As they say, when something wonderful happens people will tell 10 others however, if something goes wrong, they will tell over 30 people. As they also say, bad news travels fast. Well, now it’s time to change the tide and instead of spreading bad news. 

  • We scream to the heavens when things go well.  

  • We celebrate with gusto. 

  • We tell as many people as we can to spread the positive news. 

It’s more important today than ever to: 

  • See the beauty in our world,  

  • Be grateful for all we do have   

  • Observe the many rights we have in comparison to other countries,   

  • the many rights we have in comparison to other countries,  

  • celebrate the fact that we have loved ones in our lives, 

  • relish knowing that we can change our circumstances. 

Changing the negative tide to one of positivity takes strength and belief. We can all do it by simply changing our mindset. But how? 

  • Read self-help books. 

  • Attend self-care virtual workshops. 

  • Spend time with people who have a positive outlook on life. 

  • Meditate to quiet the negativity and invite in the positivity. 

  • Get some professional help from a coach, energy medicine practitioner, therapist 

  • Spend time with people who have a positive outlook on life.  

  • Meditate to quiet the negativity and invite in the positivity.  

Whatever you have to do to change your mindset from one of disdain and dark clouds to one of happy thoughts and positive beliefs, helps you create your better tomorrows.

At this point, why be unhappy when you don’t have to? When you do have a choice?  

Take the high road and be positive from this point forward.
