As a result, I am sure you are feeling a wide range of emotions, from one extreme to the other. This is a normal response to all that is happening. The key is to not let it control you and your life to the point of impacting your physical and emotional health.

The series will have six videos in all, with two each focusing on :
People: yourself and loved ones (#1 and #2)
Pets in your home (#3 and #4)
Horses you may own, ride regularly, or train. (#5 and #6)
Each video include some group online sessions to help clear out the emotional traumas, allowing your nervous system to reset, calm down and give you the ability to think and act calmly and clearly.
My commitment is to help to you find that emotional even keel again so you can gain some control back into your life. Use this opportunity to look at your life and your previous patterns in a new way so you can learn some new ways of dealing with the challenges and obstacles being thrown at you.
As always, I am available for virtual individual sessions as well for other issues for you and your pets.
