The list can go on, but this article is not here to put you in a foul mood. No, we are here to help you get centered when chaos seems to be all around you. Can it be done?
Can you truly get centered? Yes, you can, and it’s based on some simple principles that you can start with today. But it takes time to instill new healthy habits into your life. However, you can truly start to get centered and release that chaos by putting these in place:
Meditate once a day for at least 10 – 15 minutes. When you take the time to still your mind you allow your mind to release all the clutter from the day.
Journal once a day. It can help to write out all the things that happened throughout the day helping you to let them go.
Practice Mindfulness. Anytime a negative thought comes into your head turn it into a positive one or look at it as a life lesson. What did you learn to help the next time this comes up in your life?
Device-free zone. Put all the devices away and pick up a good book or start coloring.
Take a break. Even if this means simply closing your eyes for a few minutes and simply being still.
Get some energy Medicine sessions to clear out the old patterns and emotions allowing your body and mind to start the healing process.
Granted, you don’t have to put all of them in place in one day, but you can start with the one that resonates with you and add another each day as you begin to see the chaos fall away.
All of the above has to do with stopping what you are doing and taking the time to change your mental pattern. When you do this, you release the chaos of the day and become more productive and happy. All it takes on your part is the commitment to make the changes needed to release the chaos in your life by using what works for you.
Here’s to a break in the chaos for more balanced days.
